About the role
We are looking for an experienced Psychotherapist to join our developing Clinical Team based at Medway Green School.
In this exciting role, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment, and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs.
You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Psychotherapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. A significant element of this role will be working alongside the onsite clinical team to continue to develop the clinical service provision, including providing support and training to staff and parents.

Essential Criteria:
- Evidence of recognised professional qualification as Psychotherapist, either Level 7 (e.g. Master’s degree) or above OR Level 6 relevant degree alongside relevant therapeutic diploma/s and experience of working with relevant client group and using relevant methods of service delivery.
- Registered member of one or more of the following bodies: HCPC, BACP, BABCP, PTUK, NCPC, UKCP
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities

- Ability to work independently as agreed under supervision

Bring your leadership skills to the poolside as the Activities & Pool Manager , where you'll ensure every guest makes a splash with memorable swimming experiences and action-packed activities.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of an energetic Activities & Leisure team, leading with clear direction and plenty of motivation. You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll also be the driving force behind fantastic guest experiences, continuously improving how we interact and solving any issues that pop up. Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
Resource Management: Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
Training and Development: Support team development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roles such as Swimming Pool Manager, Activities & Leisure Manager, or a similar leadership position in Sports, Leisure or Hospitality.
- PPO and SPTO certificates preferred but not essential; training and support will be provided.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
