As an Avon Representative, you will be responsible for selling Avon beauty and personal care products directly to customers through one-on-one consultations, online sales, and local events. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity that allows you to work at your own pace and build a business around your lifestyle.


Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Avon products to customers in person, online, or via social media.

• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.

• Maintain knowledge of Avon’s current product lines, promotions, and campaigns.

• Distribute Avon brochures and marketing materials.

• Build and grow a customer base through networking, referrals, and local events.

• Manage orders, inventory (if applicable), and payments.

• Optionally recruit and mentor new representatives to build a sales team.


Requirements:

• No prior sales experience required—training provided.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic about beauty and personal care.

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Basic computer/smartphone skills for online selling and managing your Avon account.
