Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Preston, Lancashire, UK
Salary: 26,000 plus commission bonus scheme

Job Overview:
The Sales Consultant drives sales and revenue growth within the
organization.
This role involves identifying and engaging
potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing
solutions that meet those needs through the company’s products or
services.
The ideal candidate will be a driven,
results-oriented professional with the ability of negotiating and
building strong client relationships.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales
strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify
potential clients through social media networking, cold calling, and
industry research.
- Build and maintain relationships with new
and existing clients by providing excellent customer service and
support.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and
present appropriate products or services.
- Prepare and
deliver proposals to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of
sales activities, including contacts, opportunities, and accounts in
the CRM system.
- Logically arrange and efficiently manage pre
booked sales visits with customers.
- Collaborate with the
marketing team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities and to
create sales materials and promotions.
- Provide feedback to
product development teams on market needs and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the Floral sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software
and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently
and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and
time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required to
meet clients and attend events.
Work
Environment: This role primarily operates in an office
setting but may require travel to client sites, trade shows, and sales
meetings. The Sales Consultant should be comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment and meeting with clients outside of standard
office hours when necessary.
Physical Requirements:
The job may require occasional lifting of marketing
materials and products, extended periods of sitting during travel, and
participation in trade shows or sales events.
