After 20 years of hard work and success, co-founder Keith Saha will be stepping down in 2026 to pursue making new kinds of theatre with and for adult audiences. 20 Stories High is now entering a new era and inviting fresh artistic leadership to help shape our next chapter. We are looking for artistic leadership to work alongside our Co-CEO/Executive Director that can drive the company forward with ambitious, excellent and equitable theatre and art for culturally diverse and working-class young people and young adults.

The OpportunityAs a Leadership Cohort Coach you will be responsible for guiding the learning experience for apprentices and helping them reach their full potential. Your role will be focusing on personalised coaching, where you'll be supporting leaders across multiple businesses.
Specifically, you will
- Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme.
- Master group and individualized coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning.
- Adhere to the Coach Quality framework to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent experience for every apprentice.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement and overall satisfaction.
- Maintain an owners mentality, whether assigned a learner or in support of other coaches, being proactive in taking action, sharing feedback, or providing support to ensure the progress and success of learners.
- Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action the data provided to provide the best experience for your apprentices.
- Engage with apprentice managers for Sync progress reviews using the information provided by the ops teams.
- Focus on results related to the programme health of your apprentices, implementing interventions in partnership with operations team members to ensure learners stay on track, standing the best chance of success on programmes.
- Utilise resources & learning opportunities provided by Multiverse, stay up-to-date on knowledge, learning, and product updates, to ensure you are equipped to support your learners.
- Build & maintain credibility with your learners by utilising a mixture of professional experience, program/domain/industry knowledge, and client context in your interactions.
- Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse, our mission, and the pillars of our offering. Help learners connect to it through the duration of their programme and beyond.
- A seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership coaching
- Professional qualification from a recognised body (e.g., ICF, CIPD, IoL, ILM, CMI).
- Industry experience applying leadership principles to create efficient, scalable, and reliable leadership development pipelines.
- Strong focus and expertise in emotional intelligence and strategic thinking.
- A postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master's degree) in Leadership, Organisational Development, or Psychology is desirable.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and on-camera communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage business leaders.
- Practical experience delivering formal training or coaching, particularly on leadership, emotional intelligence, or strategic thinking topics.
- Ability to skilfully adjust communication approaches to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially as they arise in an online classroom setting.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
