Atlas SEO is hiring a dedicated socials specialist! The position is office-based, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station in the heart of Norwich.

Role

As an EEAT Socials Executive, you would be creating and optimising social accounts for our writers and partners, including accounts such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and Trustpilot for our clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Working alongside the EEAT Team Lead to ensure all accounts are up to date.
  • Creating and optimising bios to reflect brand values, and project EEAT principles.
  • A small amount of photo editing to create social-friendly brand logos from pre-existing imagery.
  • Admin and tracking of account setup.
  • Communication with clients.

We train our staff in a range of tools including basic SEO tools, plagiarism, and AI detection.

While training is given on the job, a good understanding of how to use most popular social platforms (think Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) will be required. Previous project management experience isn’t mandatory but may be helpful.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Microsoft Word/Excel (basic skills)
  • English and Maths (minimum GCSE grade C/grade 5)

We exist as a starting point in a brand's bricks and mortar retail journey as they move offline and start to build their retail store footprint — a 'stepping stone' ahead of signing longer‑term retail site leases.

The Role (executor)

Own daily high end and engaging community driven content and publishing across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn and email—shoot, edit, write, and ship work that grows the brand. You’ll be the doer who turns the plan into output. Working with our Marketing Lead, you’ll create and publish on‑brand content across social, email and web; keep the calendar moving; and report simple performance so we learn and iterate. Think: hands‑on copy, content creation, asset build, scheduling, basic edit, hit publish.

What you’ll do
  • Create Reels/TikTok edits (strong hooks, pacing, text overlays, captions, audio sync).
  • Capture founders/brand soundbites; cut to clean, shareable clips.
  • Build on‑brand assets in Canva/Adobe; light motion graphics for social.
  • Maintain a tidy asset library (naming, folders, rights/consent).
  • Schedule/publish across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn; keep grid, stories and short‑form fresh.
  • Build and send mailers (Klaviyo/Mailchimp): weekly/bi‑weekly where relevant; segment provided.
  • Update website/blog (Shopify/CMS) with case‑study posts and simple landing pages.
  • Attend launches/changeovers/events to shoot content (B‑roll, BTS, quick interviews).
  • Coordinate simple micro‑shoots with store teams (shot lists, props).
Calendar & reporting
  • Maintain a clear content calendar aligned to residencies, drops and partner moments.
  • Share a weekly snapshot (top posts/shorts, email opens/clicks, traffic, form fills + 3 takeaways).
Coordination
  • Brief external contributors when needed; chase approvals; keep assets organised.
  • Ensure tone, visuals and credits are consistent across IG, TikTok, LinkedIn and mailers.
You’ll thrive here if you
  • Have experience in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Have an eye for detail, creativity and are a tastemaker.
  • Are a hands‑on creator (1–4 years’ experience) who enjoys shipping work daily.

SAE is part of AD Education, which is a diversified global education provider that offers an extensive range of educational services for students and professionals including university programs, language training, student recruitment and workforce education. Desirable Criteria:

-    Higher Education teaching experience, within the field of education, including the creation of session plans and preparation of materials.

-    Experience in project-based learning, using technology in learning, including VLE and other similar forms of facilitating learning.
