- You are a naturally nurturing person : You have some experience of caring for babies and children aged five and under, ideally in an early years environment; holding a DfE approved early years qualification at level 2 or above is advantageous though not essential.

Identify risks and opportunities involved in each sourcing process. Drive the organisation to mitigate identified risks using state of the art techniques. Push the organisation to move towards opportunities adopting creative solutions.

About the role
As a Marketing Executive on the Air Wick brand, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand plans that drive growth, innovation, and consumer engagement.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure flawless execution across channels.
Your responsibilities

About the role
The Senior Design Excellence Manager is responsible for balancing hands-on creative and direction with project management and administrative oversight, ensuring the seamless execution of category design projects. This role acts as the link between strategic design direction and execution, working closely with designers to deliver high-quality creative solutions while managing timelines, budgets, and processes.
The Senior Design Excellence Manager ensures design execution aligns with brand governance and innovation strategies, handling less strategic, tactical projects and collaborating cross-functionally to drive executional excellence.
Your responsibilities
1. Design Execution & Creative Direction
Lead the hands-on creation and direction of design projects within the category, ensuring brand consistency and executional excellence.
Work closely with internal designers and external agencies to develop best-in-class packaging, digital, and brand experience design.
Provide creative leadership, mentoring, and feedback to designers, ensuring design intent is upheld.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consumer insights and category strategies are reflected in design outputs.
Support material, packaging, and sustainability innovation, ensuring projects align with Reckitt’s ESG commitments.
2. Project Management & Operational Excellence
Own the day-to-day management of category design projects, ensuring smooth delivery across multiple workstreams.
Oversee project timelines, workflows, and resource planning, ensuring efficient execution and on-time delivery.
Work closely with the Head of Design Excellence Operations to ensure processes, tools, and technology enable design efficiency.
Manage budgets for tactical design projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising creative quality.
Act as the primary contact for briefing and managing external agencies, ensuring projects remain aligned with Reckitt’s brand and category vision.
3. Brand Governance & Collaboration
Ensure all design work adheres to category-wide brand principles, visual identity systems, and activation guardrails.

Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams to align design execution with category strategies.
