About the Role

We are looking for SEN Teachers who have a therapeutic approach to their teaching and learning. Experience of working with Autistic pupils, you will plan, assess, and deliver all subjects with an emphasis on practical learning and personal development. General Responsibilities

About the Role

As SENCo, you will play a key role in the strategic development and implementation of SEND provision across the school. Working closely with the Headteacher and our on-site therapy team, you will ensure that pupils with autism, complex communication needs, and associated learning and emotional needs receive high-quality, individualised support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the school’s SEND policy and inclusive practices
  • Provide guidance on the graduated approach to SEN and tailored interventions

About the Role

As SENCo, you will play a key role in the strategic development and implementation of SEND provision across the school.
