We’re working with them now to recruit for an Architectural Technician / Technologist who can do more than draw – someone who can meet with clients, listen, advise, and then lead their vision through planning, building regulations and right the way to delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with clients, translating their aspirations into workable designs.
- Take projects from concept design through planning, building regulations and construction.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, conduct surveys and site measurements.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all work meets UK building regulations and industry standards.
- Use CAD and related technology with confidence to deliver accurate, efficient designs.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record in the UK as an Architectural Technician/Technologist .
- Expertise in surveying, measuring, and producing technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations (essential).
- Skilled in CAD and other architectural software.
- Someone equally at home in front of a client as on site – you’ll need confidence, empathy, and communication skills to match your technical ability.

What we are looking for:
- Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician - Relevant Architectural qualification preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 3 years practical, UK-based experience.
- Experience with REVIT is important for the role, but further training can be provided.
- Experience working within the Education, Residential or Commercial sectors preferred. All sectors will be considered.
- Excellent Technical skills - Ability to produce worked drawn information quickly and accurately.
