Join Kappa Lab as Chief Operating Officer (COO) , where you will act as the bridge between strategy and delivery. Responsibilities
  • Operations Oversight : Design and oversee operational processes, support licensing and regulatory requirements, manage third-party relationships, and coordinate the firm’s Book of Work.
  • Technology & Project Management : Lead execution of core initiatives, build project management frameworks (dashboards, OKRs, sprints), deploy new workflow tools, and partner with developers to drive innovation and scalable impact.
