- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF would be beneficial.

What you'll do
As an Enterprise Architect at Sainsbury's, you will play a critical role in tackling complex technology problems within the retail industry. To deliver our high priority initiatives we need solutions that cross many parts of our technology estate, from our customer-facing sales systems, through our supply-chain and logistics systems and into our commercial and finance systems. We need our Enterprise Architects to understand the end-to-end impact, develop value streams to bring to life the key insights and design decisions that we face and work closely with our other stakeholders across product and engineering to move solutions into delivery.
