About the Role

As a Regional HSE Manager , you will be instrumental in shaping and embedding a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across our venues and Rapport business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide competent HSE guidance and support to operational managers across all sectors

  • Communicate critical HSE messages and drive compliance across regional teams

  • Lead and support incident investigations and enforcement responses in collaboration with HR and Legal

  • Champion the implementation of corporate HSE programmes and initiatives

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to ensure compliance with Compass policies and procedures

About You:
  • Proven experience in HSE management, ideally within food service or manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Allergen management is highly desirable

  • Holds (or is working toward) an IOSH qualification (NEBOSH is advantageous)
