Our client is a leading Investment Bank who are seeking an experienced lawyer to join their Banking & Finance function in a newly created role working across Trade & Transaction Banking with a focus on Cash Management and Trade Finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating a range of finance documents, including facility agreements, cash management and payment services.
- Provide legal advice on trade finance instruments such as letters of credit, guarantees, and related trade finance rules.
- Advise on cash management products, including automated payment platforms, current and deposit accounts, and associated systems.
- Support working capital financing solutions, including receivables and supply chain financing transactions.
Experience Requirements:
- 5/6+ PQE of relevant experience in Banking & Finance - Exposure to Cash Management a must with experience in Trade/Receivables Financing also highly advantageous.
- Trained and qualified in a leading law firm or In-house institution. Ideally will have had experience working with these products In-House or on secondment.
