As the Business Marketing Manager, Diagnostic X-ray (DXR), you will be part of the North American Marketing Transformation in the DXR Segment in North America. The new Diagnostic Imaging (DI) model focuses on market segment-based marketing managers with marketing, clinical and technical expertise in DXR to provide a better understanding of market needs, targets, and clinical solutions. Your expertise will enable the development of strategies that will successfully drive increased market share for DXR, Diagnostic Imaging (DI) and Precision Diagnosis (PD) in North America.
Your role:
- Coordinates end-to-end execution and supports development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for a portfolio of products, solutions, and services, within the X-ray segment aligning with the market's overall business and marketing objectives to drive market growth.
- Develops and recommends pricing and promotion strategies that drive sales/funnel growth, enhance market positioning, and boost profitability, ensuring that all strategies are data-driven to effectively respond to market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Develops and executes end-of-life (EOL) and phase-out strategies for products, including coordinating the discontinuation process, managing inventory reduction, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition for customers while minimizing business disruption and optimizing remaining product value.
- Defines sophisticated portfolio positioning strategies by analyzing customer decision journeys and sales cycles, identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates and strengthen the portfolio's market presence across diverse segments.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree.
- You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing and/or clinical. Healthcare experience required. Radiology experience strongly, preferred.
- Your skills include strong business acumen, NPI, continuous improvement, omnichannel customer engagement, GTM, etc.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH is 120,000-193,000.
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is 135,000-216,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
