About The Role

We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven, and forward-thinking Paid Social Manager to join our growing digital team on one of our new pitch wins. This is an opportunity to manage high-profile paid social campaigns for one of the most recognizable brands in the world.

You'll lead on Paid Social strategy and activation, owning performance oversight and stakeholder communication. You'll manage a team of paid social specialists, helping them develop and execute best-in-class campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and more.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep platform expertise with a passion for innovation and enjoys building strong internal and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership : Lead the full lifecycle of Paid Social campaigns for your client portfolio, including strategic planning, budgeting, campaign setup, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management : Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and ensuring alignment on campaign goals and expectations.
  • Strategic Planning & Innovation : Contribute to the development of Social strategies, offering forward-thinking recommendations and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Campaign Setup & Coordination : Oversee all campaign setup activities, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of assets, tags, and tracking requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation : Continuously monitor campaign pacing and performance, delivering actionable insights and optimisations to drive results against client KPIs.
  • Team Management : Support, mentor, and oversee Paid Social Executives, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.

Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience across either Paid Social including planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Proven platform knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, and/or Snapchat.
  • A passion for innovation willing to push the limits of Paid Social and the wider digital plan.
  • Someone who can build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage large budgets and develop clear and simple finance process.
  • Confident presentation and communication skills.

  • Manage marketing campaigns - from strategy and planning to delivery and reporting, ensuring brand integrity.

  • Manage the Senior Content Executive and the Marketing Executive, including EveryTouch review sessions and regular 1-1s.

The person:

  • Previous experience within a Digital Marketing Manager post
  • Experienced in leading / guiding a small team
  • The ability to tailor messaging to relevant audiences and channels
  • Experience of managing a social media marketing plan in support of business goals
  • Proven experience of offline and online marketing and advertising
  • Capability to research and keep on top of latest trends and content opportunities
  • Excellent knowledge of/experience in using tools to analyse social media and website content, including Google Analytics
  • Excellent experience of contributing to social media development
  • Ability to adapt style to B2B, B2C audiences
  • Experience of taking insights from data and preparing high quality reports for internal or external presentation

The package:

  • This is a part time role (30 hours per week), on an initial 12 month maternity contract
  • Salary - circa 45,000 (pro rata), dependant on experienced
