Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the leadership skills necessary to drive team performance and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Lead the team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Supervise and support employees in customer service, inventory control, cash handling, and in-store marketing
- Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure operational efficiency
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, sharing best practices and training materials
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
- Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
