The role will be based with this strategically located Regional Distribution Centre that services and supports a number of other locations with the network. This is a senior role supporting the General Manager.

**The role:**
In this role you will:

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and dispatch to inventory control and team leadership, all within a virtual operational framework.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven experience managing remote teams and overseeing operations from a distance.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of inventory control, supply chain principles, and best practices in logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use data to drive operational decisions.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and manage change effectively.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or six sigma methodologies is a plus.
