- Monitor and drive performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring productivity, picking accuracy, and service levels meet or exceed national standards.
- Maintain warehouse optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure strong inventory management practices in collaboration with the Inventory Manager.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service, promptly addressing any service or operational issues.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team through clear objectives, regular briefings, and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold company standards and accreditation goals.
We are are looking to speak with candidates that have a strong track record of designing and delivering projects within warehouse operations, driving efficiency and long-term improvements. You must be experienced in leading and motivating teams within fast-paced, high-demand environments, including large-scale operations. You will have managed budgets and be comfortable meeting and setting targets.
