Our leading Global Client are looking for Production Operators to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. These roles will be for a minimum of 3-4 months but may go on longer depending on business needs!

Reporting into the Production Team leader, your key duties will include:

  • - Pack and prepare products for dispatch
  • - Perform various labouring tasks as needed

This is a rotational shift role and would suit candidates with the following key skills and experience:

  • Detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Capable of handling physical tasks and manual labour)

Competitive Pay Structure and shift pattern :
Dayshift - Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm , Frid 6am-12pm 13.20ph
Backshift-Mon- Thurs 2pm-10pm, Frid 12pm-6pm 13.96ph
Nightshift-Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am, Frid 6pm-12pm 15.51ph
There will also be the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates !

Initially a long-term temporary position but with a view that after successfully completing training and probation the position will become permanent.

The Position Offers

* Pay 15.81 per hour
* Temp to Perm
* Working day 8hr
* 3 shift rotational 6am -2pm/2pm - 10pm/ 10pm - 6am
* Monday to Friday
* 1 hr break - split 30min paid 30 unpaid.
* Holidays - 28 days increasing to 33 days per annum.

The Position

* To support the manufacturing of company products
* Follow established protocols, instructions, and scheduled tasks.
