Are you Operator/Setter with a background in the use of injection molding machinery and who is looking to join a well-established market leader in the technical injection moulding supplying to their worldwide client base.
On offer is the chance to work a varied role where you will fit and set full tools to the injection moulding machines, complete first off inspections whilst ensuring cycle rates are achieved or exceeded.
The company has provided innovative and complex small mouldings to the transformer, power conversion, EV and renewables markets for over 50 years moulding fire retardant glass filled materials, engineering polymers such as LCP and PEEK.
This role would suit an Operator/Setter with experience working on injection molding machines looking for a technically challenging, varied and rewarding role with plenty of guided training and clear routes to progress into senior positions throughout the business.
The Role:
Setting and monitoring a variety of Arburg plastic injection moulding machines
Basic Maintenance and cleaning of tools before and after production runs.
Monday to Thursday (3pm - 11 pm)
Friday (1:30 pm- 8pm)

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products following standard working processes and adhering to required specifications.
Description of the Role:
The Operator role has numerous skills needing to be demonstrated across our operation departments.
The Operator role is to make, manufacture and deliver work upon customer demand.
Specific departments will include production of sub assembly and making material for final assembly
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Cutting and marking material using templates
Following and understanding technical drawings
Using adhesives, solvents and chemicals
Able to use welding machines, large machines and presses
Working in confined spaces and at heights
Use of milling and mixing machines
Examining material to ensure fit for purpose
Completing route cards and being 100% Compliant
Use of lifting forks
Using small handheld tools
Painting tanks
Mandatory Requirements:
Able to work in confined spaces
Able to pay close attention to detail
Able to follow instructions
Strong Health & safety awareness & PPE adherence (safety shoes, Overalls and safety glasses)
Adhere to Safety rules and do not deviate for short cuts or quick fixes
Able to use & work with strong smelling chemicals
Abe to work with pro-longed sitting and standing in some areas
Strong verbal, written & reading communication skills in English
Desirable Experience & Skills:
