• Full Offshore certification.

We are recruiting a Radio Operator to mobilise 20th August 2025 on an ongoing 3/3 rotation.

Applicants must have the following certification

• CA-EBS
• MIST
• Shoulder Measurements
• OGUK Medical
• Valid Passport
• Liberia GMDSS License - Essential
• CAA / VHF Radio - Essential
• Vantage POB - (UK North Sea Rigs Only) - Essential
• Offshore Meteorological Observation - Preferred

You will drive a talented team of RF engineers, remain hands on undertaking RF Design, and contribute to projects shaping product development.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Mentor : Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
• Innovate & Design : Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
• Collaborate & Solve : Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.

Your Skills:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Extensive experience in RF design and development
• In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
• Demonstrable leadership experience – undertaking people management and mentoring teams
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Planning and designing radio access networks (RAN) for 4G/LTE and 5G.
• Conducting RF site surveys and analyzing propagation models.
• Optimizing network coverage, capacity, and performance using planning tools.
