As Surgery Manager you will be responsible for setting and maintaining world class surgical team standards throughout the hospital. You will have the experience and gravitas to lead and support the team comprising surgery assistants, nurses and surgeons, all the while ensuring targets for Laser Eye Surgery and Intraocular procedures are met through effective utilisation of resources.
The main aspects of the role are
• Identifying and implementing systems to ensure world class surgical treatments and appropriate patient outcomes.
• To motivate the surgical team to achieve the clinical KPIs and targets for treatment volumes.
• Providing support for the team in efficient and productive use of surgery time, maximisation of surgery lists, accurate and timely reporting is key to success.
• Taking responsibility for managing the Clinical Governance and HCC systems centrally and ensuring full compliance – first time, every time.

**Job Description**
**Responsibilities**
+ You will provide onsite clinical applications training to user's equipment in given modality area
+ You co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager
+ You will be the technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward
+ You conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment's, maximizing image quality and productivity
+ You will maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
+ You promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought
+ You continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory

**Qualifications**
+ You bring a Degree as a certified Radiographer
+ You have proven technical/clinical industry experience with Surgery/C-arms
+ You have proven experience in theatre procedures and C-arms usage
+ You bring excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills
+ You are self-motivated and have the willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
+ You are team oriented and have a strong customer satisfaction mindset
+ You are not afraid of being flexible/adapt to changing work environments
+ You are able to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average)
**Desired Skills**
+ You have already worked with GE products
+ You are experienced in conducting training
+ You bring a first knowledge of GE's or competitor's Interventional products

We are looking for a Territory Manager, Breast Surgery to launch the new Galaflex Line of Scaffolds in breast cancer surgery and in aesthetic breast surgery. The primary function is to launch, present and sell this portfolio to Breast and Plastic Surgeons, in public and private accounts. This responsibility includes analysing your sales territory, creating a business plan for commercial launch and subsequently executing the plan which enables you to exceed sales quota.
GalaFLEX is a new generation of resorbable scaffolds that enables tissue regeneration to support breast implants and reinforce breast tissue, intended for reconstructive and aesthetic breast surgery. This product line significantly improves patient care and is already being successfully marketed in the United States.

As part of this product launch, we will operate under an incubator model. You will report to the **Sales Manager, Breast, EMEA** , with a dotted line to the UK sales organisation.
You will be responsible for co-creating and implementing the commercial strategy, including:
+ Identifying key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high potential customers)
+ Defining and implementing an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, with a focus on key accounts
+ Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key accounts
+ Supporting them in the trial and adoption of our products
+ Delivering a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction
+ Contributing to the organisation of events (congresses, masterclasses etc.)
+ Participating in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility
+ Collaborating and working in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts
+ Conducting competitive intelligence
+ Managing the development of your territory via a CRM (Salesforce), where you will enter information daily (opportunities, contacts, events)
+ Complying with regulations governing the promotion of medical devices

+ A successful track record in selling high-value medical equipment in the operating room (implantable or premium medical devices)
+ A professional network in breast and/or aesthetic surgery (highly desirable)

+ Strong drive for results and a high degree of accountability
