A highly successful company based in Medway Towns is looking to recruit Warehouse Operatives to work within the cold store.

Your main duties:

• Ensure products are picked accurately and in time to meet the customer dispatch schedule, ensuring picking targets are met, whilst maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
• Making sure the loading and unloading of the vehicles are done efficiently, accurately and in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Have a good awareness of product availability and raise any concerns you have to your supervisor.
• Make sure you are working in a safe environment.

You will be working Saturday to Wednesday, 13:30 to 22.00

Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential.

This is an on-going temporary assignment, however there are opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.

General Warehouse Operatives - 12 hour continental shifts rotating - 6am or 6pm start

13.96 per hour - 12 hours - both DAY and NIGHT shifts

On behalf of Our Client we are looking for General Warehouse Operatives for permanent roles.

The roles are on a "temp to perm" basis - 13 week qualifying period - permanent contracts are available.

The roles will involve basic and general warehouse operations roles, to include, packing duties, general light lifting, assisting machine operations and general housekeeping.

The role will be on a ROTATING CONTINENTAL PATTERN - rolling 4 day/night pattern. (12 hours)

4 days shifts/4 night shifts - 12 hours - 6am or 6pm start - days and night shifts.

The continental shift pattern rolls over on a 4 day working 4 days off rotation.

Immediate starts available.

• Meeting personal and team KPIs - ensuring orders are fulfilled OTIF (on time in full)
• Assisting with vehicle loading/unloading and general site material handling
• Supporting bin replenishment, urgent backorders and cross-docking activity
• Carrying out daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Following all SOPs, quality procedures and compliance guidelines
• Using SAP Warehouse Management Systems (training provided) to track stock and update processes
• Contributing to inventory checks, process improvement, and cross-department support when needed
• Adhering to all safety and regulatory standards and escalating any SHE concerns
