Overview:
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives for a long-term position at our chilled warehouse facility based in Portsmouth. This is a physically demanding role that involves working in a cold environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing of goods to order
Goods-in: unloading, checking, and storing deliveries
Counting and stacking stock accurately onto pallets
Lifting, shifting, and general manual handling duties
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
Performing any other warehouse tasks as required
Please Note:
This is a physical role with regular heavy lifting
The warehouse operates in a chilled environment warm layers are recommended
Full on-site training will be provided
Working Hours
7am - 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Your main duties:
- Ensure products are picked accurately and in time to meet the customer dispatch schedule, ensuring picking targets are met, whilst maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
- Making sure the loading and unloading of the vehicles are done efficiently, accurately and in line with health and safety guidelines.
- Have a good awareness of product availability and raise any concerns you have to your supervisor.

Position Overview
As a Warehouse fulfilment operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Shift Pattern
