Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a background in banking and/or banking automation products. The role will involve core BA responsibilities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and delivery management.
You will be joining the client's Multi-Function Devices project a banking automation initiative designed to streamline and modernise processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project team with readiness activities for the pilot, including process review, updates, and identifying training requirements
- Document end-to-end processes and the Target Operating Model
- Plan and document the customer journey for rollout, engaging with stakeholders at each stage
- Drive process changes, gather and feed requirements for the devices, define how they will operate, and embed these processes into the new automation framework
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst
- Banking sector experience and/or familiarity with banking automation products
