**Your New Role.**
We are looking for a Licensing Associate, Fashion to deliver 'earned revenue' from a range of licensee partners for the 'Fashion' area of the consumer product business - developing product ranges and partnering with licensees to land listings at key retail partners. In this role you'll be supporting all day to day licensing activities within the UK Consumer Products Category Team including research, comp shops, attending trade shows, compiling reports/presentations and support on general tasks.
The licensing Associate will partially manage a product / category area with responsibility for a number of licensees, driving growth through product and range development across the WBD portfolio of owned IP.
The position will require regular travel to effectively manage & provide an excellent service to relevant licensee and retail partners.
**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Manage relationships with all relevant licensing partners within the assigned sub-categories, ensuring they are updated with the most relevant and current franchise information and are developing product against the contracted properties
+ Follow up on new business opportunities as identified by the Director, Fashion, pitching IP & product ideas in line with the category strategic plan where relevant
+ Co-ordinate forecast submissions from licensees, inputting the relevant information into WBD financial systems. Working with partners to ensure they are providing accurate and timely forecasts in line with critical paths and flagging any upsides or concerns to the Category Director
+ Delivery of revenues to agreed quarterly budgetary targets within assigned partners
+ Ensure a critical path is identified and adhered to for all contract renewals / negotiations within allocated licensee area
+ Establish, maintain and develop relationships with buyers of assigned categories at identified key retailers, ensuring internal WBD retail teams are kept abreast of all relevant information and facilitating a 'one Warner' relationship at retail
+ Regularly cover competitors and industry developments, ensuring industry knowledge is maintained and constantly growing
+ Complete range reviews with licensee partners on a regular basis, ensuring that product development is reflective of UK consumer needs and that partners are inspired to deliver the best possible for WBD
+ Complete regular business reviews with assigned partners, ensuring past business is evaluated and best practice is taken forwards and always ensuring that partners have relevant plans for targeted revenue levels
+ Maintain relevant business tools including licensee contact reports, account plans, business plans, 'plan on a page' documents & forecasting documentation
**Qualifications & Experience.**
+ Previous experience in a fashion-related role would be a distinct advantage
