This is a varied, hands-on position where the Graphic Designer will work closely with the Brand Manager, wider Marketing team, and a network of external consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions. From digital and print to animation and video, the role offers plenty of creative freedom and variety.
This is a mainly remote role working 1 day from the office and 4 days from home. The salary for this role is up to £32,500 dependent on experience plus a discretionary bonus.
Main responsibilities for the Graphic Designer role are:

Duties include:

The graphic designer role is a hands-on creative role in support of developing all aspects of the brand ID system for a single new brand. The role will be responsible for developing the visual identity of the brand across all graphic design elements.
Key Responsibilities:

A key player in the business’ overall social media strategy, acting as a lead (with sign off from others) on Instagram posts; scheduling activity to ensure its regularly updated and is reflective of company aims and branding
Work with Creative Director and Brand team to plan and implement social media posts, strategy principally on IG, but with a consistent approach through Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and any other as relevant.
Create social media posts from inhouse stills image library, create gifs and videos, edit and also present a coherent flow of posts that communicate the brand DNA and project updates as appropriate for publication
Genuine interest in social media platforms, theories and visuals trends
An interest in brand development and luxury lifestyle offers
Experience with press and brand comms
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign & Photoshop
with interest in design generally, and specifically homewares and interior design
Commitment to understanding of PR and marketing, particularly social media, branding and brand development
