Job Description
We are currently recruiting a permanent PA role for a trusted, longstanding client. A large property consultancy with beautiful west-end based offices, this client offers superb benefits, a great team culture, and has an excellent record of staff retention.
Working within a busy and dynamic project management team that primarily focuses on very high-end office fit outs, this role will focus on pulling together the marketing collateral and RFP documents that support the team as part of their pitch/BD process. Seeking an organised, reliable, and conscientious candidate with a track record of high ATD admin/PA roles that include proofreading, the ideal candidate will need to have excellent PowerPoint and InDesign experience and be red hot on producing marketing production documentation and structuring documents from provided collateral. Given that there are templates already in use, the candidate doesn’t need to be a creative marketer or even particularly enjoy the writing side, but they do need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot mistakes and inconsistencies. Working as part of a wider PA/EA team, there will also be ad-hoc organisational duties such as event planning, or other team initiatives to get involved in.
A 50k , office-based role (but with flexibility when needed). A great role for our PA/EA candidates who want to work for a credible, high-performance property business and like a focused and structured role.
