What You'll Do
You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager who leads the Client Communities programme for LAB. With their support you will design and deliver an exciting programme of experiences that engage and delight our high priority clients and showcase the best of BCG. The right candidate will jump in and combine their creative flair and understanding of senior audiences to both build on the success of existing programmes and imagine new ones for CxOs and decision-makers. Success will be informed through KPIs, qual and quant data. This role is perfect for a strong all-rounder with a particular passion for in-person and hybrid events and experiences – some content-driven but not all.

*YOU'RE GOOD AT*

* Curating highly attractive and compelling experiences (in-person and hybrid) for CxOs to network and have thought-provoking conversations
* Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and translating them into a programme of activities with clear KPIs
* Understanding the strategic priority projects and how to prioritise against new opportunities
* Considering the commercial objectives of the business and how they and key topics can be reimagined as exciting stories and experiences for our clients and targets
* Taking existing campaign plans and managing them from ideation to execution and reporting, also spotting opportunities to collaborate and bring major campaigns to life through client events
* Bringing a test and learn approach to what you do e.g. trialling new formats, new ways to rethink existing events
* Applying excellent attention to detail and an eye for design to make content pop, no matter the format or channel e.g. short and long form copy, graphics and imagery used across web and social media
* Analysing client data and marketing trends to understand where ‘gaps’ are and how we could improve how we engage and communicate with our audiences
* Collaborating with consultants and Marketing & Communications colleagues e.g. Internal Communications, Digital, PR, Data & Insights, Alumni Marketing, on projects that range from annual planning to execution and cross-channel promotion
* Quickly learning processes and systems to support campaigns e.g. email marketing, event registration, CRM
* Turning your hand to all aspects of a multi-channel campaign e.g. research, planning, content/concept creation, internal engagement/buy-in, securing speakers/venue/suppliers, promotion, logistics, execution, performance analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders, plus identifying areas for continued improvement.





What You'll Bring

- Drive end-to-end content development process from research to writing to revision, proofreading, publication, and performance analysis - for each piece of content that you work on
- Establish and implement content best practices, including guidelines for content reuse and updating to evolve communications and raise the bar on customer experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive content roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from product marketing, sales, sales enablement, design, agency, and other teams across the organization to develop various content pieces, campaigns, and strategies that are aligned with our goals
- Act as a subject matter expert on brand voice, tone, messaging, and claim guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Use data and feedback from internal and external customers to continually evaluate and enhance the value of our content/content solutions.
A day in the life
- Supporting triage of internal content requests, providing SLAs and timely status communications on requests
- Stay engaged with international sales & marketing team to understand gaps and opportunities where content can support
- Developing, reviewing, and editing copy for marketing and sales enablement channels such as website, email, social, ads, videos, pitch decks, events, scripts, and one-pagers
- Partnering with other members of Creative Studio team (content, web, design) as well as the Channel Marketing team (social, email, webinar, ads) to ensure content is delivered in the format its needed to align with business goals and timelines

The Multi Channel Commerce and Fulfillment team aims to enable organizations across the world with reliable, cost effective, and flexible end-to-end ecommerce fulfillment and supply chain solutions solutions in order to help them scale, succeed, and offer best in class experiences to their customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments
- Understanding of best practices for marketing channel specific content (ie, email, web, case studies, etc)
- 3+ years of experience with editorial background, proofreading skills and experience adhering to brand guidelines
- Online portfolio that showcases your writing skills with a wide range of content assets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent reading, writing skills in German and/or Japanese a plus
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and SEO
- Experience working with Asana a plus
- Experience working across B2B and B2C audiences
- Experience writing about supply chain or ecommerce a plus

**Job Summary**
The role requires a dynamic and experienced individual to work within their multifaceted role.
It requires hands-on expertise in event management, stakeholder engagement, franchise communications, internal corporate communications, and content management.
The role holder will play a pivotal role in elevating Wyndham's presence in the industry, strengthening partner and franchise relationships, and fostering a positive organisational culture.

**Responsibilities**
**Event Management**
**Industry (Development) Events:**
- Oversee the planning, execution, and on-site management of key industry events such as IHIF, ITB, WTM, ATM, HICSA, AHC, R&R, and others.
- Work with regional Development teams to support industry conferences and development events, including stand design, collateral, advertising, and hospitality.
**Partnerships & Sponsorships:**
- Maximise ROI and brand impact through strategic management of partnerships like Questex, ensuring Wyndham is recognised as a leading industry player.
**Supplier Collaboration:**
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
**Project Coordination:**
- Act as the primary contact and project lead for all events, coordinating roles across Communications, Marketing, and Development teams.
- Coordinate with Event Captains on logistics and execution.
**On-site Activation:**
- Be present at events to oversee execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth activation.
**Campaign Management:**
- Develop and execute pre- and post- event campaigns to generate leads, increase engagement, and amplify event impact.
- Promote Wyndham's brand through sponsored content, native articles, and social media during major hotel investment events.
**Executive Summits:**
- Facilitate the planning, coordination, and execution of regional Executive Summits, managing all stakeholder involvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers for seamless summit delivery.
- Drive targeted messaging to enhance owner satisfaction and engagement during these events.
**Communications**
**Franchise Communications:**
- Manage ongoing communication with franchise hotel partners, ensuring consistent messaging and updates.
- Develop content for newsletters (e.g., CheckIn), Wyndham Community, and other channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Central Operations to implement promotional campaigns and operational updates.
- Innovate new methods for effective franchise communication.
**Internal Communications:**
- Develop and maintain internal communication channels (e.g., newsletters, Microsoft Teams, Town Halls).
- Curate and distribute engaging content to foster a positive organisational culture.
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging aligned with company goals.
- Support broader corporate communications efforts on platforms like LinkedIn and global channels.

**Collateral & Brand Materials**
- Develop and update all/ any marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and digital content that support development projects.
- Source innovative branding and merchandising ideas to strengthen Wyndham's market presence.
**Stakeholder Alignment**
- Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams to align messaging and initiatives with project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
**Ad-hoc projects**
- Support special projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the broader strategic goals of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

**Experience/ Certificates/ Education**
