Present terms to client/network


Produce and/or deliver tenders


Providing benchmarking and placement advice to clients


Provide technical wording advice to clients/network


Firm Order, Lead Quote, Follow and Day to Day broking activity, as required.


Define marketing strategy (specific to placement)


Business travel, as appropriate.


File maintenance. Working with customer service delivery team to ensure compliancy is met within Aonu2019s agreed requirementsu2019.





Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.







About you







As a Client Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:




Specialty knowledge u2013 Energy Operations, preferably Offshore Wind or Power.


Experience of managing client relationships.


Excellent client service skills and interpersonal skills.


Excellent understanding of London and Global insurance market dynamics and core processes.


Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

The team receives updates on resource data from multiple sources for example line managers and business supports. From that point onwards the teams is to educate others to follow the process, rather than our team completing the actions.Own, produce and publish the headcount data per month, per quarter and annual with the use of excel and power BI.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily team stand up via teams.Run daily checks on resource data changes/updates in workday.
