You will take charge of every aspect of our operational performance, ensuring our engineering teams, service functions and project delivery operate smoothly, safely and to the highest professional standards. • Strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry best practice, with the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure operational excellence at scale (specific knowledge of water hygiene and air systems is a welcome advantage but not essential)
• Proven ability to lead and inspire large, multi-disciplinary teams, creating an environment of high engagement, strong collaboration and consistent delivery of targets
• Strong budget and project management skills with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes, improving efficiency and safeguarding quality standards
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred, supported by hands-on experience in operational leadership and compliance management
