The Role

The role of Production Manager provides the unique opportunity to immediately enter a succession plan for the Factory Manager. Initially taking responsibility for a team of 40 with 3 supervisors in production, this role will ultimately progress to full oversite of the facility. • Managing 40+ operatives, creating plans for structured development across the team and motivating them toward target achievement
