- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing high performing teams
- Experience delivering transformation across digital, infrastructure or built environment projects
- Skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and bringing clarity to evolving programmes
- Comfortable in agile, flexible environments and able to balance pace with governance
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Why Join SEC?
This is more than a delivery role- it’s a chance to build, lead, and shape a high-impact function during a pivotal time of growth. You’ll be part of a team driving lasting change across a dynamic and future-focused campus.
If you’re excited by the idea of leading from the front and making a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
To apply, please send an updated CV to Retained Consultant becky.taylor @iconicresourcing.com. All conversations will be kept confidential and please note any direct or 3rd party applications will come to Becky Taylor to be screened and reviewed.
