The role: CDM Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)
This role would suit someone who has an interest or would like to progress in either a QHSE or Principal Design career. As the QHSE/CDM Administrator you would be responsible for supporting the CDM Principal Design team and assisting in the production of relevant CDM documentation. For the successful candidate there is an opportunity to develop an understanding of the role of the Principal Designer and how the requirements of the CDM regulations are discharged through the life of a project. In addition development of knowledge of Health and Safety practices will also form a part of the role.
If successful you will be joining a close-knit team of professionals who work across a wide range of national construction projects. The role will require the ideal candidate to manage their own time to support the Principal Designer and QHSE Team.
Key responsibilities are as follows:
* Support with the production of relevant CDM documentation.
* Collate documents for the production of Pre-Construction Information Packs.

About You:
- You should have experience in wireless technology such as CCTV, and access control systems.

You will be working to project processes and standards, supporting IT Minor Works at Heathrow Airport (and potentially other local airports).
