The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who’s ready to step into a high impact position. You’ll manage end to end recruitment processes (360), build strong client partnerships, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage full 360 recruitment across tech roles (engineering, product, security, etc.)
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates globally
- Deliver high quality shortlists with a focus on cultural and technical fit
- Develop business opportunities and grow accounts through exceptional delivery
- Provide consultative insights to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
- Represent intro’s brand in a professional, approachable, and human way
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2-4+ years in tech recruitment (agency or in house), ideally with exposure to startups/scaleups recruiting for hard to fill and niche technical positions
- 360 Mindset: Comfortable balancing BD and delivery, or open to transitioning into 360 if currently delivery focused
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with tech roles (e.g., software engineering, DevOps, product) and how to qualify them effectively
- Drive & Autonomy: Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and hit the ground running
- Relationship Builder: Strong communicator who values long term partnerships over transactional deals
- Adaptability: Thrives in a small, fast growing business where no 2 days are the same
