An ideal opportunity for a 13-month placement to join the Commercial Strategy team in our Coty UK&I supporting the team in developing, implementing and analysing commercial trends across the 4Ps (product, place, price and promotion) of our brands in the UK Market.
This opportunity offers a great deal of exposure and insight giving valuable experience to support your on-going studies and the opportunity to work on amazing brands such as Hugo Boss, Rimmel, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Max Factor, Calvin Klein, Burberry and Sally Hansen to name a few.
+ Be the key expert in understanding what is happening in our retail customers and how our brands are performing
+ Provide presentations, insight and tracking which enables the Commercial Strategy team to get more competitor understanding on what is happening in the market.
+ Identify new commercial opportunities across each of the 4Ps and data that will help us to understand the market and retailer landscape
+ Pricing & promotion analysis: tracking retailer activities so Coty can better understand market trends that could impact retail sales performance - be the expert in insight software including Nielsen/Circana Database (training to be provided)
+ Giftset competitor analysis: conduct analysis on the competitor giftset programme and provide insights and conclusions on recommendation for the following year's strategy
+ Channel insights: analyse how shopper behaviour and trends differ across different channels - with a key focus on E-commerce & digital as it becomes a bigger part of Coty's business
