Key Responsibilities – Shop Manager Role at Wenzel’s, Denham- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, upholding excellent standards of customer service and food quality.
- Drive branch sales and achieve profitability targets through effective cost management and business growth strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of shop operations: food production, stock management, merchandising and cash handling.
