It provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting clients in navigating education-related legal issues, including special educational needs (SEN) and other educational rights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with inquiries related to education law and providing timely updates on case progress.
  • Opening and closing client files, ensuring all processes comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Conducting legal research on education law and relevant legislation.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports for clients and solicitors.
  • Supporting solicitors in preparing for hearings, appeals, and meetings.

Requirements
