About the Role

Are you an experienced Environmental Permitting Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience. Responsibilities

  • Project management and production of permit applications
  • Reviewing of technical documents, interpreting data and report writing
  • Communicating with clients and external parties (e.g. Environment Agency) to progress projects
  • Managing legislative issues for Clients and maintaining an awareness of how legislation impacts projects
  • Provide guidance and support to other in-house disciplines
  • Promoting the company’s services and being alert to new opportunities


Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in environmental sciences, or a related environmental discipline
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in Environmental Permitting
  • Thorough understanding of UK environmental legislation and the Environmental Permitting regime in England and Wales

  • Proven skills in undertaking and managing environmental permit applications
  • Project management experience
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision
