We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulously organised individual to support their investor relations team as a coordinator.


THE ROLE:

This coordinator position will sit within their IR team, and your duties will include:

  • Planning and coordinating roadshow.
  • Reaching out to and liaising with investors.
  • Extensive diary management.
  • Booking extensive travel, scheduling investor meetings, preparing highly detailed itineraries, and creating comprehensive meeting prep.
  • Track investor interactions and meetings on CRM.
  • Organising investor-related events – bi-annual investor calls, networking dinners AGM.
  • Researching and creating comprehensive backgrounds and meeting prep materials.
  • Tracking and distributing PE news.
  • Point of contact throughout each roadshow.
  • Creating marketing materials and pitch books.


The team is looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Prior experience in roadshow coordination within private equity, a placement agent or similar is preferred.
