Overview

Mastercard Foundry is the innovation engine of Mastercard and a hub for new product development. We do this by driving product innovation in emerging technologies and interfaces while focusing on developing a point of view to enhance existing solutions and new use-cases. We also focus on building revenue generating ecosystems and flywheels that can be standalone in adjacent segments and markets. Examples of focus areas include commercial payments, new payment flows, real time payments, data and services.


Within Foundry, the Manager, Product Development will be supporting the execution of new to market product development across core payments and services. Role responsibility including identification, execution, and in-market delivery of new products and solutions. The responsibilities will include execution of near-term opportunities that drive significant in year revenue and strategic differentiation for Mastercard, as well as scoping, identification, in-market testing of longer-term product concepts and solutions

Role:

- Engage in idea generation for new to market products and solutions including workshop facilitation and collateral development.
- Contribute to developing product concepts and prototypes and independently own and deliver key tasks associated with it.
- Partner with Product & Engineering partners and our CX&D team on concept validation and market testing and independently own and deliver key tasks associated with it.
- Contribute / own business case development and planning for individual products.

The Digital Donations – Commercialization team is looking for a data-driven professional who plays a crucial role in influencing, informing, and maximizing the go-to-market strategy for individual giving, as an underpenetrated vertical for Mastercard. They use their analytical expertise to understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic goals and priorities. They also excel at transforming data into compelling insights and use cases that provide future direction to the planning and execution of the team’s overall approach.

Role
The successful candidate will manage intel building, analytics, metrics reporting, and select sales enablement workstreams primarily for the Digital Donations team and provide additional support for the Priceless Planet Coalition (PPC) and broader Sustainability and Inclusion business unit as needed.
Intelligence Building
• Develop and maintain the appropriate dashboards and tools (including CRM such as Salesforce) across teams for data visualization to increase team effectiveness, prioritization, and influence stakeholder decision-making
• Manage and maintain process of knowledge sharing and organizing the relevant workspace platforms to maximize communication and efficiency across the team
• Develop research insights and recommendations for strategic projects as needed

Data Analytics
• Leverage a broad range of MA databases and data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights that inform the team’s work, strategy refresh, planning, and execution

Metrics Reporting
• Forecast modeling for objective and KPI setting

Role
The successful candidate will join the Corporate Solutions European Product and Solutions team. Role
The Product Manager will:
• Become an expert in wholesale travel payment solutions (i.e. the indirect/travel agent channel) and provide consulting to customer, external partners, business development managers and other internal stakeholders.
• Become an expert in Virtual Cards, B2B payments and work with key internal stakeholders such as vertical leads, account managers, business development leads and provide consulting to customers and external partners.
• Perform Product Lifecycle Management for all flexible IC Solutions (Mastercard Wholesale Program (MWP), Mastercard Flex Program (MFP), Mastercard Variable Interchange Program (VIP), and MAIDs), design and develop new solutions in collaboration with the different Mastercard product teams.
