The Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced Paid & Organic Social Media Account Manager to lead and deliver standout social media strategies for a portfolio of high-profile B2B clients in the technology and business services sectors. This is a pivotal role in our growing digital team, combining hands-on campaign execution with strategic planning, team coordination, and client relationship management.

You’ll be a key driver of digital success—leading on both organic and paid social media activity across multiple accounts. From shaping content strategy and managing budgets to optimising performance and presenting insights, you’ll take ownership of integrated social campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for client accounts, owning relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and campaign performance.
  • Translate business objectives into robust social strategies, aligning paid and organic efforts.
  • Develop and present strategic proposals, campaign reports, and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead status calls, reporting meetings, and planning sessions with clients.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow client accounts through new social initiatives and services.

Paid Social Media Management

  • Own the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  • Oversee A/B testing and creative experimentation to optimise performance.
  • Brief and collaborate with creatives to ensure ad visuals and copy align with campaign goals.
  • Deliver performance reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations.

Organic Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Oversee development and delivery of content calendars and channel-specific content strategies.
  • Guide the creation of compelling social content in partnership with designers, copywriters, and multimedia teams.
  • Ensure all organic output is timely, brand-aligned, and data-informed.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry innovations—using insights to evolve strategy.
  • Supervise community management and engagement tactics to enhance brand presence and relevance.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially minded environment and can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a group-level role, giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of brands, customer segments, and campaign styles. You’ll report into the Group Marketing Director and collaborate closely with brand managers, content teams, designers, and external media partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Manage, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns to drive improved conversion rates, customer acquisition, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Leverage SEO best practices to support long-term organic growth, including keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, technical SEO collaboration, and performance tracking via tools like SEMrush or Google Search Console.
  • Use AI tools and platforms to identify performance trends, enhance creative testing, and streamline campaign workflows.
  • Oversee marketing analytics implementation, including GA4 configuration, reporting, and insight extraction.
  • Set up and manage marketing tags and campaign tracking via Google Tag Manager, ensuring accuracy across platforms.
  • Advise on cookie consent compliance and ensure all tracking scripts and tags meet data privacy standards.
  • Support our content security policy as it relates to marketing scripts and third-party tracking – no deep technical experience needed, but we’re looking for someone comfortable researching and advising on best practices.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing, creative and commercial teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns that support brand and revenue goals.
  • Analyse campaign and SEO performance data to extract insights, identify opportunities, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing, SEO, and AI trends, proactively testing new tools and methods to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Support budget planning and oversee efficient allocation of media spend and resources.
  • Prepare clear and insightful performance reports and presentations for key stakeholders, highlighting results, learnings, and recommendations.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in performance or digital marketing, with a proven ability to drive measurable results.
  • Demonstrable success in planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and Pinterest.
  • Experience in implementing and optimising SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to support brand visibility and long-term acquisition.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console, with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, including setting up tags, triggers, and variables to support accurate marketing measurement.
  • Awareness of cookie consent regulations and experience ensuring marketing activity is compliant with privacy requirements.
  • Experience using AI tools or automation platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative, Phrasee, or similar) to improve performance workflows, uncover trends, or support ideation.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, SEO, and display advertising.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach.

The Digital Marketing Manager Mail/IDA will strategize, create, execute and report on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in support of Europe Mail and IDA lead generation goals. They will assist in the development of campaign strategy and lead the day-to-day execution of those campaigns.

+ 5+ years in a B2B marketing lead gen role.
+ Expert-level understanding of current digital marketing and demand gen trends, direct marketing, consumer psychology and other marketing best practices.
+ Knowledgeable about AI integration to marketing campaigns
+ Experience managing programmatic digital advertising campaigns on an enterprise level DSP such as Basis, The Trade Desk, OpenX, Abode, Stack Adapt or similar.
+ A quick learner with a passion for digital marketing.
+ Self-starter, effective multi-tasker.
+ A born team player/collaborator.
+ Creative and innovative with the ability to generate new ideas on your own.
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field; or relevant experience
