What you'll be doing…
The Future Subscriptions ecosystem is complex with numerous integration points across Future technologies, 3rd party suppliers and vendors.
The Subscriptions platform, known as Bluebird, sits at the centre of this ecosystem and drives the fulfilment of subscriptions for Future; handling all aspects of the subs fulfilment lifecycle. This includes everything from acquisition to renewal and includes payments, revenue recognition, schedules, ABC reporting, customer management, comms and integrations with numerous third party vendors for additional fulfilment services.
The technology that makes up the Bluebird platform consists of 3 cloud platforms - Salesforce (Sales/Service), Zuora (the billing engine), and MuleSoft (ETL/ ESB). This platform connects with other Future systems which includes the Future ecommerce site.
This role will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of the platform, primarily within Salesforce, to execute and deliver the business strategy working with the Subscriptions and Marketing teams as well as supporting the delivery of the technical strategy.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…
- Experience in Salesforce.com Architecture, Design and Development.
- Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development, with developer certification (Dev401 and Dev501)
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com development environment including Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, and Web Services.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
- Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP) and API
