  • Analyse social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on key KPIs, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand partners.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and e-commerce technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in social media management, with at least 5 years of experience in an e-commerce focused role.
  • Demonstrable success in driving sales and traffic through social media channels.
  • Expertise in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

This role is based in London, England, UK and will operate on a hybrid model, requiring a balance of in-office and remote work. Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods e-commerce is a strong advantage.
