• Liaising with outside counsel on a broad range of domestic and cross border jurisdictional issues

Critical Skills and Experience required:

• Qualified lawyer in England and Wales
• A minimum of 3-5 years post qualification experience in a UK financial services regulatory role in private practice and/or as in-house counsel
• Experienced in UK regulatory requirements including the FCA’s Consumer Duty
• Experienced in both legal and regulatory risks associated with a wealth management business
• The ability to articulate legal issues, risks, complex concepts and the commercial implications of a recommended course of action in a clear and concise manner

£41,511 - £52,805 per annum

We are seeking to appoint four lawyers/senior lawyers to join our busy and highly professional social care legal team practicing in the area of children’s law and safeguarding. This is a broad ‘hands on’ role within a small legal team in the UK, which works closely with the group head office in Madrid.

The role is mainly based in London and is ideally suited to a construction lawyer who is keen to work hand-in-hand with the relevant project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with the project’s leadership to identify and evaluate key (legal) risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies where appropriate.
