Contract Lawyer - London - c£80,000 + Benefits

Are you looking to join a business entering an exciting phase of international growth — one that offers variety, opportunity, and visibility?

Do you want to be developed, challenged, and heard — working alongside a high-calibre senior leadership team who value commercial insight as much as legal precision?

If so this could be a perfect opportunity for you!

Our client is a global provider of high-quality services to a prestigious client base. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are looking to appoint a Contract Lawyer to play a key role within their legal team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with 2-3 years’ post-qualification experience . You’ll be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on contractual risks and obligations, and ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.

Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice and contribute to the development of internal processes as the company scales.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with the confidence to manage a varied workload independently.

Experience in a fast-paced in-house environment or commercial private practice is highly desirable.

.

We do our best to reply to EVERY application!

We have been candidates too and we work hard to treat you in the same way that we would want to be treated. Therefore, we try not to rely on a generic advert disclaimer as this is something that is important for us and the businesses we partner with.

Given the high volume of responses we receive from the combination of job boards, social media and other sources and despite our best efforts, many of our responses will be via email as we simply can’t call every application - We know that may not quite what you want to hear but we hope you’ll understand and that you like our approach.

We work with great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes us, and our clients stronger, more creative and ultimately better at what we all do.

Short-listed candidates will obviously be contacted for this specific role and, regardless of the outcome of this process, feel free to utilise the 'job seeker resources’ on our website.
