Job Description

As a Cleaner, you will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our properties.

You will be an integral part of the cleaning team; you will report directly to the Cleaning Team Leader who will allocate tasks for completion.

The ideal candidate will be required to complete general cleaning duties in various areas within the properties whilst following all Manual Handling and COSHH regulations.

Whilst previous experience in cleaning and handling industrial cleaning equipment would be advantageous, full training will be provided.

The position is offered on a full-time basis, working any five days from seven including weekends and bank holidays between the hours of 07:00 – 17:30.

Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.

Qualifications

  • Experience using buffer machines and carpet cleaners is beneficial.
  • Basic computer skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use your own initiative towards work.
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred
  • Works well within a team or independently using own initiative.

Additional Information

  • Cleaning washroom facilities, hoovering, mopping, as well as high and low-level dusting.
